IMPOSSIBLE policies
Impossible is a project of the Impossible GmbH. The essence of this website is to present high quality instant photography tools (Film, cameras, accessories and more) to the world. Celebrating the magic of analog instant photography and making these rare and limited products accessible worldwide. In order to establish a fair and transparent business relationship from the very first moment, the following terms and conditions are detailed belowSupport/Customer Service
If you need any help or have any problems that can not be solved by reading the FAQ, please don't hesitate to contact us directly at service@the-impossible-project.com. We will strive to answer all your mails within 24 hours of receipt.
Prices
"Our Prices", are displayed in EUR, USD, GBP or YEN depending on the selected region, and include the legal value added tax where applicable.
With the exception of all orders within the EU, all recipients of international shipments from the-impossible-project.com are responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be charged. As with any international shipment, your local customs office may detain the merchandise and delay its arrival while accessing appropriate duty charges. For the USA and all EU countries we have installed a special setup allowing 2-day delivery with UPS, establishing highest quality shipment.
Availability information for the products in our shop is listed on each item's detail page. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable, or their delivery will be delayed due to any reasons.

Buying
When you place an order to purchase a product from the-impossible-project.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details and the total value of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase one or more products. We will accept this offer as soon as we send an e-mail confirmation to you including the information that we've dispatched that product (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). Any products on the same original order, which we have not confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail, do not form part of that contract.

Please notice: We do not charge your credit card until we are ready to dispatch your order.

Shipping
If not stated otherwise, all goods are in stock and all orders placed before 15.00 cet. will be sent out the next workday.
Due to the very special setup of making a very limited quantity of selected instant photography products accessible worldwide, many of them very sensitive to storage conditions, Impossible runs a high security warehouse with climate control facilities in Hungary in the heart of Europe. We did our very best to keep your shipping costs within a reasonable range, but decided to only offer traceable courier services and USPS shipping for all shipments snet from our US warehouse, as all our products are highly fragile and should reach you the best and fastest way possible. Thank you for your understanding.
USA orders only containig products available in our US warehouse, will be delivered by USPS within within 2-5 business days.
All other orders will be shipped from our European warehouse by UPS, DHL or GLS courier within 2-6 business days.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses outside of the USA.

Returns
A: Dissatisfied with the product
7-Day, "No-Questions-Asked" Refunds If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it for a full refund within seven days of your receipt of the product. Unless it is defective, the item must be in unused re-saleable condition with all original packaging and documentation. You will be credited for your full purchase less our initial shipping charge. Additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. In case of a justified complaint, we will of course refund the shipping fees on basis of the cheapest possible mode of shipment by standard post. Please contact us before returning your order and ask for your returning code.
14-Day Exchanges Following the 7-day policy as outlined above, you may exchange your item for a merchandise credit with the-impossible-project.com within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Unless it is defective, the item must be in unused, re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and documentation. You will be credited for your full purchase, less our initial shipping charge. Additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. In case of a justified complaint, we will of course refund the shipping fees on basis of the cheapest possible mode of shipment by standard post. Please contact us before returning your order and ask for your returning code.
Incorrect Products If you are shipped an incorrect item, the-impossible-project.com will provide an immediate replacement with the correct item, and assume all return shipping costs.
B: Damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged, immediately contact us at service@the-impossible-project.com for a return authorization. We will reimburse you for return shipping charges only on items, which contain manufacturer defects, and only provided that they are returned within our 14-day window.
We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item.
The damaged item and invoice must accompany the return in order for us to process an exchange. Please also include a note stating the product's defect.
You are responsible for initial payment of the return shipping cost. Upon receiving your returned item, the-impossible-project.com will verify its condition and replace the item if our terms of guarantee apply. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the item(s) arrive back to us in the original packaging and the original condition. If your return is determined to be a result of a manufacturer defect, the appropriate shipping cost will be refunded.

Beyond our 14-day return period, the-impossible-project.com also provides a limited warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects.
NEW PRODUCTS:Effective warranty for 12 months from date of purchase. Both the product and invoice or receipt stating the date of purchase must be returned together.
USED PRODUCTS: All the used products offered are carefully checked and therefore we are proud to sell them with an effective warranty for 6 months (if not stated different in the product description) from date of purchase. Both the product and invoice or receipt stating the date of purchase must be returned together.
The extent of warranty does not cover the removal of errors and additional expenditure, as far as they resulted from outside influences and operating errors.
ALL EXPIRED FILM is sold as seen and under exclusion of each guarantee, unless stated in the product description.

Most of the new items carried on the-impossible-project.com offer a substantial warranty period through the manufacturer. Please read the product specifications for information on a specific item.
As with a standard return, products under warranty should be sent back to the-impossible-project.com by following these steps:
1. Put the item(s) back in the original box, if available. The invoice or receipt must accompany the return.
2. Please contact service@the-impossible-project.com for a return authorization of your purchase. This is absolutely necessary for correct processing of your return.
