As always, we highly recommend using a business or office address for a quick and safe delivery of your shipment.

And here comes the fine print: all orders (except orders with delivery addresses in Australia or New Zealand) that are placed within the time period above on and that show a minimum order value of EUR 50.00/ USD 65.00 (EUR 40.00/ USD 54.00 for Impossible Pioneers) will not be charged for shipping. Customers are still responsible for any local import duties, customs and brokerage fees, or taxes that may be charged.

This offer is only available for private customers (no resellers) and with a maximum order quantity of 100 film packs per customer.

This free shipping service only includes regular shipping (priority or first class mail as well as UPS ground in the US) but not express mail.

The order summary in our online shop will clearly display whether your order qualifies for free shipping before you place your order.

In case your shipment should not be deliverable at the provided delivery address and get returned to us, we will not be able to resend it to you free of charge but for the regular shipping costs.
