We are deeply in love with the inventions of Dr. Edwin H. Land, the inventor of instant photography and founder of Polaroid, and have always believed in the magic and importance of analog instant photography. That's why we teamed up with Polaroid to bring you a new product line that incorporates some of the most memorable products and designs in Polaroid history – the Polaroid Classic line.

Impossible and Polaroid are carefully selecting, producing, presenting and globally distributing an expanding selection of iconic Polaroid Classic branded products. Each year Polaroid and Impossible will introduce 6 to 10 meticulously chosen items - for everyone who believes in the magic of analog instant photography and wants an item that both celebrates the past and supports the future!

Produced in 2008 during the final production run, this Polaroid Image Film is the very last original Polaroid instant film available. It has been stored refrigerated since the date of production, been regularly tested and has passed all quality inspections by Impossible. It features signature Polaroid soft tones and the legendary artistic characteristics. The film can be used in all Polaroid Image and Spectra cameras.

An Impossible Group Gallery Show

Impossible and Polaroid will also present a series of artist collaborations throughout the year of 2012 in The Impossible Project Space NYC.

Celebrating the launch of the Polaroid Classic line, selected photographers will create an incomparable Group Gallery Show made entirely of the last Polaroid film available. The soft tones and an outstanding artistic flavor that the used Polaroid Image Instant Film provides, and that has always contributed much to the popularity of the film, contribute to this unique, analog exhibition. Even though the film material is the last original Polaroid film on earth, this Group Gallery Show is not a farewell but an embrace of the past of Polaroid film and celebration of the future of the Polaroid Classic line.
