My dad used this typewriter to write the resume that got him his job at NASA. Where my Mom Mom's selling/sold(?) her house, everything's been in the process of getting cleaned out, and I've gotten some really cool things like tons of National Geographic books and this typewriter. It still works, too, which is rad. Of course the ink is really faint, but I'm going to see if I can get a new ink ribbon for it. I somehow had enough ink to very forcefully type a cute little sentence to my boyfriend to send to him, though. If you're wondering what the large circle necklace is around my neck, it's my time turner. I watched The Goblet of Fire earlier and am watching The Order of the Phoenix now, so I figured I'd wear it.
