I absolutely love the frog tongue it makes developing the picture easier but I'm still new to this so I was wondering if you have to replace it after a certain time? and should you keep it under for 60 sec or take it out before?

When you are not so gentle, or your are not sure, start at the side with the gear wheel of the roller. When the little pin at this side is released, slide the plastic strip sideways. The other 2 pins will let go easely. This way you only have to break 1 of the 3 pins when you are not so gentle.

When changing the frog tongue, try to remove the plastic element of the camera with caution, very slowly and using 2 or 3 different pressure points at the same time (for instance : one on the left and one on the top of the plastic element). By doing so, you'll reduce the chances of breaking the small parts of the plastic element and therefore you won't have to use glue when replacing the original with the Impossible Frog Tongue. So far I've installed 4 frog tongues for spectra cameras (1 Onyx, 1 Image Elite, 1 Spectra AF, 1 Image Pro) and it worked perfectly good ! Cheers to Harold and the IMP Team :)
