From Polaroid To Impossible
To celebrate the POLAROID (IM)POSSIBLE exhibition we created a splendid, high quality book to accompany the exhibition. Printed by esteemed German publisher, Hatje Cantz, this 192 page bi-lingual (English/German) catalogue presents the highlights of the exhibition, original Polaroid masterpieces as well as brand new Impossible photographs, with introductory texts by Achim Heine, Barbara Hitchcock and Florian Kaps. (192 pages, contains ca. 200 colorful plates, hardcover with book jacket).
Alongside instant works by photographers such as Ansel Adams and Andy Warhol, originating from the legendary and recently saved European Polaroid Collection, we are proud to stir this analog cocktail with fresh photographs on new Impossible film by artists such as Nobuyoshi Araki, Mary Ellen Mark, David Levinthal and Stefanie Schneider.

A great reference to some of the best Polaroid photographers both famous and obscure, particularly from Europe. Sure to be inspiring to anyone with a Polaroid camera... also a great companion to "The Polaroid Book" by Taschen. If you love Polaroid, you need this book for your collection!
