We love to transform traditional products into their next evolutional step by using modern materials and new technologies. Besides our new instant films we now also took this route with the work wear of our Impossible factory team. After having been dressed in giant boring non-functional tent-sized cotton work clothes for the last 30 years, and far away from earning the term functional wear, our outstanding factory team recently experienced a wardrobe upgrade to brand new, state-of-the-art polo shirts. When sourcing these new shirts we were looking for the best materials, because these hardworking people are sweating 24 hours a day to develop and produce the next generations of Impossible instant film.

The workers themselves tested all available materials. They tested them during their daily grind at the machines, and in the labs, and surrounded by agressive chemicals, warm analog oil, extreme heat and cold - basically the toughest enviroment you can imagine. After 3 months of extensive research and 34 different shirts, the team decided on a very special fabric. Since both our workers as well as our film perform best when kept dry, this fabric features a hi-tech fiber that keeps you dry and breezy at all times.

As soon as we held the fabric for the perfect Impossible shirt in our hands, we asked our design team around Prof. Achim Heine to create a classy design, making the factory shirt not only the most dry aging but also the most beautiful piece of Impossible apparel ever. The Impossible factory crew was thrilled by their new shirts to such an extent that most of them have not been seen in any other garments ever since. As we want to share this comfortable joy with you, we decided to make the original factory shirts available for our customers.

The Original Impossible Factory Shirt is made of a hi-tech polyester based fiber, that guarantees absorption and immediate transfer of humidity, dries amazingly quickly and is available in XS, S, M, L and XL.
