A Quirky Pleasure

Boy, this stuff is fun! What a challenge to get predictable results out of this film! I've gone through a bunch of this stuff already and now that I've gotten my PX Shade (and absolute MUST with this film) and honed my discipline for shielding the prints and warming them during development, I'm really having a ton of fun shooting with this freak of nature! I agree with Andrew's review- you should definitely keep a version of this film in the wings, maybe with some taming in the handling and sensitivity department, but with the same sort of "pastel" color palate. I hope more of it pops up- I'm considering ordering ten more just to set aside and see how much weirder it can get! Neat-o torpedo!

I am in love with this film. Pure and simple.

Have already shot a pack through my rainbow OneStep, and am loading a pack into my Sonar SLR as soon as I finish typing this.
I know this is an older film, but please IP, I beg you...use the same chemistry and keep making it!

polaroid PX 70 PUSH! film

I bought this film so I could finally use my mom's old rainbow sx70 polaroid instant land camera. Little to my knowledge, this is a difficult film to use. No matter, the important thing is that I'm taking the camera and film on the Allen high school marching band trip to LA. The trip itself is in four days and I am desperately restraining myself from taking as many photographs as my camera can handle. The film is amazing EXCEPT for the ONLY thing I dislike... The twelve-hour developing period. Other than that I LOVE the film. Thanks Impossible project!!!

Hi Ethan,
Push film is an older film and is notoriously difficult to use, although you can get beautiful results with it. For an easier-to-use film that develops quicker, try the new PX 70 Color Shade.
