Impossible was thrilled to curate a new on-site exhibit at this year's Solid Sound Festival at the amazing Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art in North Adams, MA. Solid Sound is an annual 3-day music and arts festival curated and headlined by Wilco, featuring 25+ music and comedy acts, as well as more than 12 event-specific art exhibitions.
Eight photographers from the Impossible community joined eight photographers from the roster of performing artists, chosen by and including Pat Sansone of Wilco. Their task was to make images representing “Solid” and “Sound” with one pack each of Impossible PX 680 Color Shade film. Images were made throughout the first two days of the festival, creating a growing, changing work viewable by the public at all times, with the final work on display on the third day and for two weeks afterward.
Pat Sansone, Cassandra Jones, Naomi Yang, Jamie Lidell, Adarsha Benjamin, Clare Seltzer, Christopher Purvis, Charles Harris, Austin Nelson, Dante Birch, Dustin Yager, Shelia Devlin, Brian Collins, Carl Gambrell, Catherine Gambrell, Anne Bowerman and Dave Bias.

PX 680 COLOR SHADE BOTTOM LINE BAG
Bottoms up! Due to a minor production flaw, a limited batch of our PX 680 Color Shade FF film is affected by an irregular, fine line in the lower third of the image. As this limited run does not meet the high quality standard of regular PX 680 Color Shade FF film, we are now making this unusual color film material available in a special 4-pack bag. At the bottom line, this limited Edition Bag provides you with 32 bottom-lined color images for a bottom price.
