Black Frames! Color Frames!
| 007 |
Love the film, but as you can see we all want the black frame back (preferably both in 600 and 100 speeds).
And, bring back the color block frames for the color film. It's much more fun than white.

Well...
| 006 |
I was just about to leave a review regarding how much I would love to see this film added to your permanent production in a black frame version... but I see I've been beaten to it, so I won't bother carrying on about how phenomenal this film performs in both my SX-70s with my Mint Flashbar, and my plastic box 600s just as well. I would just be blathering on about how consistent this film is and how well behaved this generation of Silver Shade film has been in general. I certainly don't want to be a pest and beg to see some of the opacification advances find their way in to the Silver Shade development, or perhaps some advances in chemically stabilizing the finished picture and ending the need for the dry-aging process. It's a good thing I re-thought what I was gonna write... That would have been silly. ;}

I love this film but I would like to have also the black frame as an option. It looks amazing with the black frame!

DITTO! DITTO! BLACK frame!
| 004 |
This b/w film needs its own signature; the Black frame, however, is very appealing, always gets attention, remarks. White is fine, Black better--both needed. Get to it!

Bring the blackout back out!
| 003 |
This is some of the greatest Silver Shade film of all! It works reallt well in your SX-70 with either a filter or the low setting on a Mint FlashBar. It also seems more predictable as far as varying tones with temperature and is less sensitive about shielding than past versions. The only thing I wish I had were this film in Black Frame! That edition needs to be a permanent staple in the Impossible arsenal. It is just so striking- even people who have never liked Polaroid, for whatever reason, are completely drawn to and captivated by the look of that frame with monochrome film. With this material as it's foundation, it can only be better!
