I disagree with the high price as mostly any leather bound album is priced like this. The refills are reasonable for 15 EUR. Also you should not compare the ugly plastic of a Japan Photo Album with this nice black cardboard holders as they will last for decades! What I do not like is the quite difficult method to insert the photos or is there a trick I do not know?

Impossible price

I love supporting The Impossible Project when it comes to their core products but this one is really impossible - 46 photos for US$75 in a simple plain album? Found one on the bay for US$18 - holds 136 photos in 34 pages - search "Japan Photo album for Polaroid SX-70. Sorry TIP: I love your film but things like this do alienate some of your customers.

we can see your point, this is certainly not a cheap item but a high quality, leather bound reissue of the original SX-70 album that Polaroid did in the 1970s. these albums are being produced in small quantities. we are of course aware that there are more affordable albums around. we are currently also working on alternative more affordable album designs that we will be happy to make available later this year.
