Polaroid Macro 5 Camera

The highly professional Polaroid Macro 5 Camera was developed for extreme close up shots. It features 5 built-in, switchable lenses to simply melt distances for incredible reproductions at 20%, 40%, 100%, 200% and 300%
These Polaroid cameras are carefully refurbished, fitted with the Impossible frog tongue and in good condition but may show some minor signs of previous use.

  • Built-in electronic twin flash for even illumination at all reproduction scales
  • Fixed shutter speed of 1/50 sec.
  • Camera and flash powered by the filmpack, plus 4 AA batteries (not included)
    1. Use the right film in the right camera. Impossible films are available in different formats and film speeds, not every film type will fit any Polaroid camera.
    2. Hold the camera stable, especially at low light levels and press the button.
    3. Immediately shield the image from light as the camera ejects it, the first split seconds are crucial!
    4. Protect the picture from light for up to 3 minutes while it develops (let it develop upside down).
    5. Turn the picture over and enjoy your Impossible instant picture. In order to enhance the picture quality and minimize unwanted aging alterations please apply our recommended Dry Age procedure.

An amazing camera, it's so much fun taking shots of your objects, I have a blast arranging still life sort of scenes. You have 5 distances to choose from depending on desired range, all the way from 3" and I believe out to 52" (8-132cm) making it possible to get up close and personal to just about anything. You're definitely blinded by the flash so be weary when shooting your eye or mouth of another because the flash on this bad boy really is something to be...not un-seen. ENJOY SHOOTING! I've used IMPOSSIBLE film and original Polaroid film, both have different results that are both beautiful, it really depends on if you want that Polaroid look or if you're going for an IMPOSSIBLE shot, because the two are completely different, I'll be sure to upload a couple of both.

A whole new perspective

Good camera for getting a different perspective on everyday objects. I have a lot of fun with this camera. Make sure you use fresh batteries otherwise the twin focusing lights on the front will be dim, making it difficult to get proper focus and leading to blurry shots.
