Beautiful film, beautiful frames!

Another film from The Impossible Project which, from the first shot out of the pack, I was overjoyed with the results. I used this film for portraits of a friend, and the gold frames just set the photos off beautifully!

I had a visit to New York a couple of weeks ago. Went to the International Centre of Photography, and in the shop there, they had this range of PX 680 Colour Shade Gold Edition in there. I bought one pack, came back from NY and finished using all of it. It is such a gem, can't tell you how brilliant it really is. I find the gold frame lifts the colours out so much. I come here to buy another pack and find it's sadly out of stock. I was looking forward to playing around with another pack of this, but I can see why it's so popular. Will there be a time soon where this will be become available again? Because it is so cool and as I've only really just got into wonderful Polaroid, I find this to be the best part of it.

And now that they are OUT OF STOCK? it is (was) the best color experience from impossible! And the gold frame touch is invaluable!
Are you going to replace it with other edition?!
Cheers!

BIG improvement

much better than the first flush, less sensitive, wider range of color, overall easier to use. the gold frame is hit or miss; you really need to base your subject on knowing that the frame will alter the overall feel of the image, but still, very nice!

This gold frame film is the best quality color film impossible has made. Just compared the regular px680 to this and the results are much better with this film. No snakeskin spots on any of my images. Constant heat was applied surfing development curtosy of my breast pocket

I just got this film last week and I started using it immediately and I absolutely love it! I've been using the black frame so much becuase I loved that but it's so nice to be using colour again and the gold frame is a cool touch.
